RETURN OF THE BAKE OFF
It's about this time of year that I struggle to contain my excitement - I've even been know to let out a squeak of glee or two. Yes, the Great British Bake Off is returning to our screens! In honour of the occasion I thought I'd share with you one of my recent bakes; a delicate, middle-eastern-inspired cake flavoured with rose & pistachio. Absolutely scrummy! Watched it last night and someone made the same cake as you. Didn't look as good though and probably didn't taste as good either.x
